Light a Candle... I have done it

Mumbai rocked on 11/26 and still being haunted......., is this India's 9/11? we are seeing an act of war as done on 9/11 in US. Foreigners across the border have breached the nation and this time its not through snowy mountains or jungle/desert but through the coastal waters of India's biggest, financial capital, supposedly most secure city... "Mumbai".

I won't get into further details as all the leading newspapers, news channels across the globe are covering this....... "now its all about blood flowing down the lanes of mumbai".

So i decided not to write big big blogs, cover the same stories, news etc, all this is available on newspapers, tv channels, internet etc.... i thought of lighting few candles in the memories of those who have lost their lives and for those who are fighting against these maniacs........

hope to see the sun rising soon from these dark clouds which have overcasted mumbai and for the cyclone which has hit coastal area of tamil nadu badly.......

This is worse than the WTC attacks on 9/11. There, there were two attacks, and people were left to grieve. Here, the entire nation is on the edge waiting, and praying for this war to end. I cannot even think about the kith and kin of and the people trapped inside those hotels, and the great job our soldiers are doing fighting those bastards!

It has always been the innocent citizens who bear the cross of the politicians’ annotations.
And again this attack is a proof of it. It is not that I have a take on the politicians - but their outlandish claims like “situation is under control, we are safe” puts me off
I bet, they meant --if we all wore bullet-proofs we are safe. This attack again is another premeditated, politically-motivated violence against non-combatant targets by some groups or clandestine agents, usually intended to influence some XYZ set of audiences.
The truth is that our cities are still unsafe. Why is Crime-Fighting in India so Ineffective?
I fail to understand, when there are authentic intelligence inputs regarding forthcoming infiltration and terror activities, why the governments fail to act swiftly?
Are they waiting for destruction and then eat away the announced compensation?
Can we afford to have a National Anti-Terrorist Squad in the lines of NSG as separate contingents available in each state?

Our government which has always been a bubbling sea of calumniation, spiced with malice and channeled into avenues of blames, it high time they shuns mediocrity and get into action.
I have a heart rending situation my brother in Mumbai attended a seminar in Trident on the day of the blast he was out of the seminar at 6 pm but the person (a foreigner) who hosted the seminar is yet hiding in the toilet of Trident – I wonder when he would be evacuated.
We need Unity Now – come on India show the same sprite that you put forth at cricket.

Kick that asshole Gandhi who was not pratical and did not kick out these minorities out of country in 1947.

Our country is for the cowards,by the cowards,to the cowards and all hindus are cowards,we try to hide this impotency of ours under the grab of secularism.

Sorry if I sounding violent but I cudnt control when a unnikrishan was killed by terrorists.
