Ok, first things first, my rating for DRONA is ‘Not applicable’. I think the director thought the audiences are not intelligent enough to understand that the script and the loop holes in them. Abhishek is totally wasted in the movie, you can see the hard work that he is put in but all is a waste and of no use. Priyanka is used just as a chick to add glamour to the movie and looking very very dumb.
Also the special effects in the movie, leave u desiring for more or wishing that no special effects would have been better. The Blue rose petal, sand movement, the ocean in middle of the desert and the list goes on and on. But the one worth mentioned more elaborately is when Key Key Menon makes his clone who is dripping some sticky material from all over his body and then kills him just for fun… what the F*%# is what is said after that………. And continued saying all throughout the movie.
The movie starts with Aditya aka DRONA been mistreated by his step family and he living a room with single window that overlooks the garden just like harry potter. The magical blue rose petal is always there to help him during sad time. The movie breaks into songs without any warning and the songs are totally useless and uncalled for. In the next instance, the movie moves into the adulthood where again adi is mistreated and his time the blue rose petal gives him a gold bracelet to wear (full BLING), when Aditya puts in on the villan , Riz, played by Kay kay Menon gets an awaking that his destroyer is alive. Then the movies moves forward and puts one to sleep.
But I would like to mention that Key Key Menon has done amazing acting….. he is the best actor in the movie.
So, people…….. don’t bother and do not watch the pirated version of the movie which ur cable operator might show, just change the channel or u might need u saying “what the F*%#?’ all through out the movie.
